We would like to inform you that on Dec. 20 2024, we will be retiring from the radon mitigation business. We hope that
we have been successful in our goals to offer top notch radon mitigation work along with continued customer service.
Our family has sincerely enjoyed the personal relationships that we have established during the past 35 years. We could not be

TROUBLESHOOTING:
If your fan needs to be replaced AND is under warranty (5 years from the date of manufacturing) please call RadonAway
at 1-800-767-3703. You will need to located the DOM (date of manufacture) along with the S/N (serial number) on the fan.
Having proof that Radon Reduction Specialists installed your fan (invoice) is also needed to get a replacement.
After you have gathered all of that information, call RadonAway for the next steps.
If your manometer (U shaped tube with either red or blue liquid in it) appears to be at zero and are going through a stretch
top of the pipe and starting to crystalize due to the frigid temperatures. After a few days of sun and warmer heat,
it will all melt and generally goes back to normal.
